Billing entity

Slopsleuth is operated by EzPanda Inc. Subscription payments are processed and billed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, WP North Entertainment Group Ltd. ("WP North"). Charges on your statement may appear under either name. Refund requests directed to either entity are processed the same.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

From your Account — through the Stripe Customer Portal (link inside the app)
By email — ezpandaofficial@gmail.com from your registered email address

Cancellation stops auto-renewal. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No further charges apply after the period ends.

Effect of cancellation

Monthly plans — access continues until the last day of the paid month. No prorated refund for the remainder.
Annual plans — access continues until the last day of the paid year. See refund window below.

Refund eligibility

New-subscriber money-back guarantee

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) days of initial purchase, provided no more than three (3) distinct manuscripts have been audited.

Annual-plan window

Annual subscribers may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial annual charge, subject to the same audit-volume limit.

Renewal charges

Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable unless required by law. We send a renewal reminder by email at least 7 days before annual renewals.

No prorated refunds for partial periods

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a paid period (e.g., canceling annual mid-year). Service continues to period end.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry for up to seven (7) days. During this period your access may be temporarily suspended. If payment is not received within the retry window, the subscription is canceled and your Account moves to a free / inactive state.

Before initiating a credit-card chargeback, please contact us at ezpandaofficial@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue directly.
