These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Slopsleuth (the "Service"), operated by EzPanda Inc. ("EzPanda", "we", "us", or "our").

Billing entity. Subscription payments for the Service are processed and billed by WP North Entertainment Group Ltd. ("WP North"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of EzPanda Inc. Charges on your billing statement and Stripe checkout receipts may appear under either name. References to "we" or "us" in billing-related sections of these Terms include WP North acting on behalf of EzPanda Inc.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By creating an Account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Subscription, billing, and renewal

Subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual terms. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Your content (Manuscripts)

You retain all rights in manuscripts you upload. You grant EzPanda a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the Service. EzPanda does not retain manuscripts after processing, and does not use manuscripts to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine-learning model.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EzPanda DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES THAT THE AUDIT OUTPUT ACCURATELY DETERMINES WHETHER ANY MANUSCRIPT IS OR IS NOT AI-GENERATED. SEE OUR DISCLAIMER FOR DETAIL.

5. Limitation of liability

EzPanda's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

6. Governing law and arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
